A clean start, your files kept.
Your data copied and checked first, then a clean install of Windows, drivers verified, updates run, and your files put back where you expect them.

What’s included, every time
The same list is on your job sheet, ticked as we go.
- Full data copy taken first — and opened to confirm it's readable before we format anything
- Clean install of Windows, not a factory image full of manufacturer bloatware
- All drivers installed and verified — network, GPU, chipset, audio
- Windows Update run to current before we hand it back
- Your files restored to where you expect them, not dumped in one folder
- Browsers, and the everyday programs you name, reinstalled
This is a good one to let us take with us. A reinstall is mostly a progress bar, and there's no reason for you to sit next to it for two hours — we'll collect it, do it at the bench, and bring it back. Same price either way.
Pairs well with
- SSD install — $35 plus tax added to the visit, part at exact cost.
- Data transfer — $90 plus tax, if you want everything moved to a new machine instead.
Your warranty
If the problem we fixed comes back inside the window, we redo the work free — 10 days as standard, 90 days for founding customers.
It covers our labor and the service performed, not parts, new faults, or new slowdown from continued use.
Your files, first
Before we change anything on a drive, we take a working copy of your data. Free on every job. It’s a safety net while we work, not a substitute for your own backup.
Questions
Will I lose my files?
We copy them first and open the copy to check it reads before anything is wiped, then put your files back. Free on every job.
Do I need my Windows key?
Usually not — most computers keep it in the hardware. We check before we start.
