It covers our labor and the service performed, not parts, new faults, or new slowdown from continued use.

Before we change anything on a drive, we take a working copy of your data. Free on every job. It’s a safety net while we work, not a substitute for your own backup.
Questions
Why can’t I book an install on its own?
A 40-minute upgrade carries the same driving and setup as a two-hour job, so we add it to another service rather than charge more for it alone.
Do I buy the part?
Either way. We can source it at exactly what it costs, receipt shown, once we’ve checked it fits.
