- Parts checked for fit before anything is ordered — board, case, cooling and power supply
- Parts billed at exactly what they cost, receipt shown
- Built or fitted with anti-static care, cables routed tidily
- Tested before it comes home — boots, drivers current, temperatures checked under load
- Your files copied first if an existing drive is involved
Pairs well with
- Data transfer — $90 plus tax, from your old PC to the new one.
- Windows install — part of the build time, or $85 plus tax on an existing machine.
Your warranty
If the problem we fixed comes back inside the window, we redo the work free — 10 days as standard, 90 days for founding customers.
It covers our labor and the service performed, not parts, new faults, or new slowdown from continued use.
Your files, first
Before we change anything on a drive, we take a working copy of your data. Free on every job. It’s a safety net while we work, not a substitute for your own backup.
Questions
How long does a build take?
It depends on the parts. We give you a rough time on the phone, with the two-hour minimum said up front, and tell you if it’s running long.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We check they fit together first, and we only bill our time.
