Questions
Is a tune-up the same as virus removal?
No. A tune-up includes a basic adware sweep. If we find a real infection, we stop and tell you — virus removal is its own $75 service, plus tax, with a deeper, offline scan.
Will I lose any programs?
Nothing is removed without your OK. We show you the list first.
